His youngest son Andrew Lim is the property management executive who manages the warehouse and logistics side. WAREHOUSING The Group is one of the main players in the country’s warehousing market. Spread over 65 acres of land, the development comprises Class A distribution centres ranging from 100,000 sqft up to 320,000 sqft of lettable space.
