New Hire Training Conducted for Newly joined Lansonites who belongs to various department like Sales, Service, Body & Paint, Chauffer's, Water wash, Admin, Accounts, Parts, Call Centre, Maintenance, Coordinators, HR... Etc. In Dealer Centralized Training Centre till date we have completed the New Hire Training program for 16 batches containing 350 participants. This training activity is divided in to two slots that is One day training for Sales ,Water wash, Call center ,Chauffer's, Admin, Accounts, Parts, Coordinators, Maintenance and HR and special Five days training for Service and Body & Paint Operation employees with theoretical, Practical classes involving pretest and post test in addition with various group activities like Group discussion and Role plays. In New Hire training the following topics had been covered and taught in detail to the New Hire Training participants.

KM MD Naomi Iishi san was on a surprise visit to LMEC facility in Pallikaranai on 29-09-2014. They were warmly welcomed and addressed by Kabeerdoss San [GM Operations]

TKM MD had a facility walk around at Lanson Manpower Excellence Centre [LMEC] facility. Japanese Team Visit for LMEC on 30-10-2015

FFCO-TOKIO General Insurance Head Mr. Masaaki Morimoto & Vice President Mr. Toshihiko “Bill” Hirano from Tokyo marine Visited LMEC on 30th October 2015.

Viswanathan san - DCTC Head, Cordially welcoming the delegates to LMEC facility visit. Morimoto san was briefed about the skill champion society, In dealer skill contest, Zonal skill contest and National Skill contest and Lanson Toyota’s participations and award winners in all the categories. Viswanathan san explaining the training Centre features, Morimoto san was particularly very interested and appreciative of the Kaizen Dojo in Service advisor classroom. Viswanathan san explaining the key features of the Corolla cut section model vehicle , the objective of the model and the kaizen involved to replicate the cut model. Viswanathan san briefing the key parameters in the Obheya room to explain the training activities and Gain excellence, Develop excellence, Promote excellence, Visitors & Certification training.

BODY & PAINT Exclusive Classroom for Body & Paint Training with complete equipment's, Educational posters, Door Cut models, Panel cut models Etc.. Practical session will be done in LMEC and work shop KAIZEN DOJO – Modular training classroom for Service Advisor’s which covers for all the Dealer setup’s Reception, SA Desk, Job process control board, System, Printer, Telephone, Customer Lounge, Parts rack, Promotional material display stand, AWACS parking bay, Special Order Parts rack, Customer educational material display etc….

KAIZEN – Car Cut Model Aggregate parts cut model (Engine, Gear box, Differential....) the Car showcase Right Side complete original and Left side complete cut model, Painting process, Body Process etc… for the clear understanding during the training session
