Welcome to the Force 8 Gold Collection.We understand choosing the right windows and doors can be a tough decision to make.We also believe style, durability, security and performance are all essential requirements when making this decision.This is what makes Force 8 products the preferred option.

For over twenty years, Force 8 has been at the forefront of the window and door market, in developing, designing and manufacturing. We have an extensive range including composite doors, arch frames, conservatories and porches.We manufacture the highest quality products supplied only by leading PVC-U profiles,Veka, Rehau and Legend 70.

The ability to manufacture a one-piece arch is an important Force 8 innovation. Our state-of-the-art production techniques allow us to make smooth, streamlined arches out of a single piece of profile, as opposed to the traditional method used by other companies of piecing several sections of PVCu together, resulting in a fragmented appearance and unsightly joints. Not only superior looks, our one-piece method gives greater strength and stability to your design.

When we first exhibited this technique, a time-served joiner mistook the frame for real wood. On closer inspection, he realised this fabulous design was in fact PVCu. He commented that it looked as desirable as real wood, but without the drawbacks of twisting and warping. He then challenged us by saying “I bet you couldn’t make a one-piece bow window” Well...we did...and pictured opposite is the completed job to prove it!

Our doors look as stunning on the inside as they do on the outside.Finished inWhite on the inside as standard,your door will compliment your interior decor no matter how often you update your look.

Doors are also available coloured both sides as an optional extra if preferred.

You may not have given much thought to the construction of a door beyond its appearance, but there is more to choosing the right door than you might think!

A new timber door can look great when it is newly fitted, but the regular chore of sanding and re-painting or varnishing soon takes its toll. Over time it can begin to warp, twist and even crack, which affects not only the look, but the overall performance of the door. In addition, the simpler locks fitted to most timber doors may not stand up to the efforts of even an amateur burglar.

Whilst it is true that a PVCu door needs little maintenance, this option may not offer the authentic look that will make your entrance the focal point that you hope for. Although often fitted with high quality modern locking systems, it is the panel in a PVCu door, not the lock, that makes it so vulnerable and affords the burglar an easy entry point sometimes gaining entry in as little as 5 seconds!

When you also consider the tendency of PVCu doors to expand and warp significantly in warm or sunny weather, sometimes rendering the door inoperable, you may wonder is this really the option for you?

An ideal solution would surely be a door that has the look of timber, the ease of being maintenance free with superior security, insulation and overall performance? Such a door is now available - a composite door from the Force 8 Gold Collection.

Low-maintenance GRP composite doors with the appearance and texture of real wood With a wide range of colours available, you can create a traditional look with our woodgrain effect doors, a clean look withWhite, an elegant look with Red, Blue and Green, or make a dramatic statement with Black.

All our doors are manufactured with through-coloured GRP skins so you will never need to paint your door again, and any scratches or knocks it takes over the years will not show.

As standard, all doors are coloured on the external face, withWhite on the inside.

Coloured doors are supplied in aWhite PVCu outerframe as standard. Golden Oak and Rosewood doors can also be supplied with a matching woodgrain effect PVCu outerframe.

A black woodgrain effect PVCu outerframe is also available. Doors are also available coloured both sides as an optional extra.

Golden Oak and Rosewood colour doors are a good match for PVCu foiled windows,however,the material and texture of the door leafs are not the same and there will be some appearance difference.

Our extensive range of glazing options gives you the freedom to personalise your door with style. Many of the designs areTriple Glazed, offering superb thermal efficiency, sound-proofing and security.The decorative glass is encapsulated between laminated and toughened glass panels, ensuring your glass remains pristine.

Our Triple Glazed designs are constructed using hand-cut bevels and textured glass pieces, which are then assembled using traditional stained glass methods into a Gold or Zinc came.This is then encapsulated between two pieces of tempered safety glass to give excellent thermal and sound insulation with the added benefit of an easy to clean smooth surface.

Any of our door styles can be supplied with clear glass or a choice of textured glass if required. See page 42 for the full range available.

Our door systems, although looking like traditional timber doors, are manufactured using a high-quality, precision-engineered, composite door slab, to create a finished door which will last the test of time and looks stunning.

Our doors are manufactured from 2mm through compression moulded Glass Reinforced Polymer (GRP) which is bonded to a composite frame and filled with an environmentally-friendly, CFC- Free Polyurethane foam core.

This door is then trimmed to exact size and fitted into a maintenance free PVCu frame.All our doors have high security multi-point locks as standard and we offer a wide variety of Glazing and Door Furniture options to allow you to personalise your new door.

High Security Our Entrance doors are manufactured from high-impact resistant materials to offer high levels of security.

All doors come with Multi Point locking systems as standard and we offer optional security chains for extra peace of mind.The door slab used has been tested to the rigorous PAS 023/024 standards for weather tightness and enhanced security.To fully test our doors, we carried out our own independent tests using a battering ram.
