PRINTING
HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT PRODUCT? When choosing your product always consider the purpose. Do you need corporate clothing, workwear or sportswear? How often will the owner wear it and under what conditions? According to your answers, choose the right variation for you:
1. material cotton, polyester, polyamide, elastane, etc.

Silk-screen printing – direct printing
Silk-screen printing – transfer printing
An ideal technology for low quantity printing orders. Pre-printing preparations are not necessary. We print directly onto textiles using a state-of-the-art KORNIT® printer. Special water-based pigmented inks are used for printing. The printing is guaranteed to be wash-resistant up to 30°C. The printing can be ironed.
Is suitable for textiles made of synthetic fibre. Disperse dye is printed on a paper underlay from which it is transferred to the textile in the form of vapour. The printing does not need fixation. Colour stability is very good, imitations (significantly cheaper) of colourful woven goods are barely distinguishable from the original. This printing method is ideal for transferring photographs and other images that nevertheless must be enclosed in the shape of a square or rectangle.
The oldest and so far the most effective textile printing technology. We use a machine, which enables us to reach high daily production (up to 15,000 prints) while maintaining the same print quality from the first to the last print of the order. With the use of this technology, we are able to print practically all motifs, from simple to photo-realistic ones. The printing is guaranteed to be wash-resistant up to 40°C. The printing cannot be ironed.
A printing method by which a motif is first printed on a special transfer foil, which gets fixed with glue, and subsequently the motif is ironed onto the textile. This method is primarily used for printing on caps and products not suiable for direct printing. It cannot be applied to water repellent materials. The printing cannot be ironed.

The modern technology allows layers to be engraved onto textile materials using a laser. Unique and so far uncommon branding of fleece products.
This is a very high-quality way of presenting motifs, logos or slogans on textile products. In order for us to be able to sew a certain motif onto a product we have to create a sewing program. In order to create this program we need to have a high-quality digitized pattern (tif, cdr, pdf). Your motif is subsequently transferred into the sewing machine’s program. The motif is sewn directly onto the product or it is possible to create an embroidered patch that is subsequently placed onto the product.
Pressing is suitable for 100% cotton products without buttons and zips that could be damaged by the pressure. This technology presses products into a shape chosen by you thus making an unusual gift or promotional item. You can select from our library of shapes or send us your own.
This special technology can be used on shirts, caps and polo shirts with motifs of any size and colour combination. The stones can be either transparent or opaque and come in sizes from 1.5 to 8 mm. The minimum order for textiles with this application is 100 pieces. Products decorated in this way must be washed inside out at 40°C.

MATERIAL GUIDE
Most ADLER® products are available in the following types of weave.
POPLIN
Poplin in its early days was made by using a silk warp weave and a worsted yarn weft. The result is a sturdy fabric that has noticeable ridges. Today poplin is popular in shirts and pants and is often a combination of softer and heavier grades of cotton. Because of its manufacturing process, it tends not to wrinkle easily. These items are manufactured in various weights (120 – 125 g/m2).
SINGLE JERSEY
Fine course knit fabric with characteristic dendritic columns on the outside and arches on the reverse side. The weave features ductility, softness and easy unstitching. The thread utilized to make the fabric influence the quality of the final product. ADLER® products are manufactured from high quality ring spun thread. The material is ideal for printing and embroidery. These items are manufactured in various weights (145 – 200 g/m2).
PIQUE
Course patterned knit fabric with a three-dimensional geometric pattern. The double jersey weave is supplemented with an underlying thread that ensures very little stretching in width. Products are suitable for printing and embroidery. These items are manufactured in various weights (170 – 220 g/m2).
INTERLOCK PIQUE
This is weft knitted interlock fabric with a pattern in which two fully interlocking rows alternate with a one-face row. One side of the knitted fabric has twilled separate stitches while the other side is plain. This knitting has reduced extensibility. These items are manufactured in 150 g/m2 weight.
FLEECE
Twill fabric features diagonal spacing that is regularly repeated. The fabric is looser, warmer, softer, and more elastic than cloth. It is suitable for printing and embroidery. These items are manufactured from high quality combed or cut cotton or from mixtures with polyester.
TERRY
Loop fabric made of quality cotton in higher weights (350 – 450 g/m2) that is absorbent, soft-to-touch and has firm loops on both sides.

Course knit fabric with a characteristic dense teaseled soft surface and outstanding insulating attributes, suitable for all kinds of weather. It is able to conduct sweat away and stop wind from penetrating. Products are suitable for embroidery and laser engraving. These items are manufactured in various weights (250 – 360 g/m2).
FILLERS
Softshell is a laminated textile for modern and sports clothing and clothing for outdoor activities. It is divided into membrane and non-membrane. Clothing made from this material is light, warm, elastic and has high mechanical resistance. Softshell with a membrane can be waterproof and simultaneously air permeable. These items are manufactured in various weights (210 – 300 g/m2).
CLOTH
Cloth fabric is made of strong, regularly repeating weave. It does not make a pattern. It is smooth and suitable for printing and embroidery. The threads of the weave can be reinforced. These items are manufactured from high quality combed or cut cotton, PES or PAD. 126
