Promontory Home Services is a full-service, on-site property management company that offers an array of luxury services tailored to your specific needs.

We provide trained and supervised housekeepers, handymen, and maintenance techs to maintain your home and keep your property in top working order. Plus, we work exclusively in Promontory, which allows us to better understand your home and respond more quickly.

Standard Services

We will walk through your home with you to set up a customized plan. Our inspections include the following services:

• Inspection of interior and exterior of home

• Inspection of mechanical equipment

• Running water lines

• Review all thermostat settings

• Check all appliances

• Security system checks

• Receive packages at property

• Check interior and exterior lights

• Trash and recycling management

• Monthly management and maintenance reports

Additional Services Available

In addition to our standard services, we offer several additional home care services, including:

• House cleaning

• Grocery shopping

• Interior plant maintenance

• Car delivery

• After-hours 24/7 Emergency response

Third-Party Services

We can also help set up licensed and insured thirdparty vendors for services such as landscaping, snow removal, spa maintenance, pest control, roof repairs, etc. We only retain vendors who uphold our superior standards of safety, integrity, and knowledge.

Listed services are fixed pricing in addition to vendor cost plus 15% where applicable. To request services, please email homeservices@promontoryclub.com. Performance of non-contract repairs and emergency services & repairs shall be determined by Manager in Manager’s sole discretion subject to the limits provided for in the Agreement.
