OUTSIDE BROKER OFFERING
From now until December 2024, for an outside broker who brings three (3) buy-side developer deal closings (Developer Homesite or Promontory Homes™ Property), commencing on the Contingency (hard) date of the third developer deal meeting the above criteria, the outside broker will receive a year of golf* on the Dye Course (subject to after-hours restrictions, member only mornings, and blackout dates) and one year of Beach Club Member privileges.
Broker has one (1) year from the date of the first deal going hard (the Contingency Date) to go hard on the other two deals and receive the incentives under this program.
For Member/Agents the incentive is 9 months of dues and an extra 1 month for each deal thereafter.
*Includes complimentary greens fees for you and a guest. Does not include cart fees or caddy fees.
