The Opportunity

Lake Mountain

Lake Mountain Alpine Resort Management Board with the support and endorsement of the Victorian Government is running a tender process to seek a commercial operator to manage and grow activity in the Lake Mountain Alpine Resort.

Management Tender Process

Lake Mountain is currently being managed by a commercial operator under a short term management agreement that commenced in December 2012. The success of this experience has encouraged the Lake Mountain Alpine Resort Management Board to tender for a longer term management agreement. The Lake Mountain Alpine Resort Management Board is seeking a commercial operator who has the capacity, vision and commitment to operate Lake Mountain under a four year management agreement to lead to a sustainable future for the resort.
