If my film is chosen as an Official Selection, I grant to Project Twenty1 and its affiliated companies, successors and assigns, partners, sponsors, suppliers, their subsidiaries, and advertising agencies (collectively, the “Project Twenty1 Entities”) a nonexclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, unconditional and unrestricted right and license to use, assign, exhibit, broadcast, market, promote and publicly perform, my name, my film and any related promotional materials, in conjunction with the 2012 Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival. I agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Project Twenty1 Entities and their employees and producers harmless from and against any and all third party claims, suits, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise out of my film submitted or my non-compliance or breach of these Terms and Conditions. I understand that failure to adhere to the Terms and Conditions and Entry Guidelines may result in disqualification and forfeiture of my entry fee. In order to be declared a winner and receive any prize, I acknowledge that upon acceptance of my prize I must sign, except to the extent prohibited by law or regulation, an affidavit of eligibility and promotional release granting the Project Twenty1 Entities the right to use my name, voice, image, likeness or other characteristics and attributes for advertising, marketing, promotional and publicity purposes in conjunction with the Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival without notice and without consideration or compensation in any and all forms of media and communications, now known or hereafter developed. Entry into the Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival constitutes an agreement to sign such release.

❐ By checking this box, I permit Project Twenty1 to consider my film for other year-round Project Twenty1 events and screenings, future years’ Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival, and as a potential submission to Project Twenty1’s screening partners around the world (collectively, “Future Screenings”). I grant to Project Twenty1 and its affiliated companies, successors and assigns, partners, sponsors, suppliers, their subsidiaries, and advertising agencies (collectively, the “Project Twenty1 Entities”) a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, unconditional and unrestricted right and license to use, assign, exhibit, broadcast, market, promote, and publicly perform, my name, my film and any related promotional materials, in conjunction with the Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival and any Future Screenings that may I later authorize, in an unlimited number of times, in any and all media, now known or hereafter developed or devised, including but not limited to the Project Twenty1 website, trailers, videos, and media coverage, throughout the universe, in perpetuity. Project Twenty1 will alert me at the above email address or phone number at the time of the film’s selection to screen at any of the above, but will not publicly screen or submit it without my permission. Project Twenty1 has the right, but not the obligation, to continue these efforts until such time as I contact them and tell them to remove my film from such consideration. Please include an additional copy of your film if you wish to make it available for these purposes. GENERAL The laws of the State of Pennsylvania shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions. If, for any reason, the Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival is not capable of running as planned or if Project Twenty1 believes or has any reason to believe, the Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival is not operating as contemplated Project Twenty1 reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival.
