EASY LOCK buckle with a captive bar matches strict American standards (ANSI, CSA). Its minimum strength is 17.2 kN. No webbing slippage in a buckle. Its construction ensures longtime operation and efficiency (easy releasing and fastening even when dirty and tough webbing). Corrosion resistance is tested by spraying in a salty chamber for a period of 48 hours.

Ein, zwei, dry permanent dry Selected SINGING ROPES are produced with a DuPontTM TEFLON® fabric protector license. Ropes protected by a TEFLON® layer have extraordinary water and abrasion resistance. The TEFLON® layer also effectively prevents the intrusion of dust particles into the rope structure and thus increases its lifespan.

The rope is protected with a very stable organic resin based on organic fluoridated polymers. The resulting protective film reduces the surface energy of the textile material so much that it not only repels water, but fatty substances as well. It also prevents the penetration of dust particles into the internal structure of the rope, protecting the inside of the rope from damage. The TEFLON® layer gives our ropes superior properties for use, especially in damp or abrasive environments where ordinary ropes are vulnerable to serious damage. So, dynamic ropes with Ein, zwei, dry finishing have higher safety and longer life than ever before.
BMI the adjusting system Revolutionary size adjusting system by SINGING ROCK. You can easily adjust free end of your waistbelt padding and fix it in the right position and minimize so called “sticking out” of padding incl. the first gear loop in the line. Suitable for situation as losing or putting on your weight, putting more dresses or changing of your climbing seasons. The best position is when buckle lies on padding and BMI system doesn’t allow gear loops to get out.

ThERMOTRANSFER Key-lock for easy manipulation Key lock is an extremly simple and ingenious locking system that solves the problems associated with the traditional design of carabiners. It eliminates any risk of ropes or tapes becoming entangled in the lever or in the carabiner shell when it is being connected or released. Neither the lever, which is completely cylindrical, nor the shell has any sharp edges. Ropes and slings do not, therefore, come into contact with any cutting edges.

Hot forging The latest technology in manufacturing carabiners, where the aluminum alloy is heated to reach very plastic state when being forged, in other words when it takes the final shape. This allows the metal to be formed more easily and to be moved to the areas where it is needed and removed from the areas where it is not needed. In comparison with cold forged binners the hot forged binners are lighter, more resistant and trustily.

Route 44 technology allows blending of properties that were considered impossible before. Rope braided by using Route 44 technology is more compact, softer and above all it is more durable than conventional rope. All that is achieved by making no compromises in using correct sheath thickness, which is round-braided by 44 carriers. These features combine to give you better rope.
Thermotransfer end marking of Singing Rock ropes. Thermo-transfer etiquette is the special plastic etiquette applied to the rope sheath by the means of heat and pressure. This marking id durable and does not create any broad forms on ends of ropes which can stack anywhere very easy e.g. pulling down rope from rappel station and so on.
Ultras贸nico an excellent way of rope ending Our own special technology has been used for the ends of the rope. All SINGING ROCK ropes are ended by a unique technology ULTRASONIC. It means that the load-bearing core and the protective sheath are joined into a compact unit in the last 15 mm of the rope.

The Cover is made of high-durable transparent elastomer. It protects strength seam on the rope and allows its control and revision.

Work systems: Roof safety • Equipment is used on roofs or other flat surfaces where the user can stand comfortably. • Fineline is attached to a secure points and the worker is fixed to this line with e.g. LOCKER SLING and LOCKER. • Fullbody harness or sit harness may be used for restraint. If working place is too close to the corner of a roof, two systems may be needed to provide adequate safety – to prevent a fall from the side of the roof and prevent a fall over the end.

Work systems: rope access Rope access is called “royal discipline” in working at height activities. This working method is fast, effective, has little effect on the workplace and it is very quick to install nad dismantle. It is used for a wide variety of work: cleaning, painting, inspection and montage. Where is rope access used? Work systems: fall arrest Systems for belaying persons at an anchorage point in order to avoid a fall or to arrest the fall safely. The falling distance is limited and the impact forces on the body are reduced to a tolerable degree. When the harness is used properly, it arrests the person’s fall, transmits the impact forces to more resistant body parts and keeps the body in an upright position. Work systems: arboristic An arborist, arboriculturalist or tree surgeon is a professional in the practice of arboriculture, which is the management and maintenance of trees. Arbo techniques allow a tree to be trimmed or completely removed log by log. To move around freely and efficiently, arborists fasten a rope from the ground and then install a device for ascending the rope. Once the arborist is in position, he needs to remain balanced and feels comfortable for pruning, removal of dead branches, shaping of tree for structural, health and aesthetic purposes. Arborist must be able to provide removals, including extremely large, and difficult trees, either around power, or over houses or streets.

RESCUE
RESCUE systems: evacuation Ski lift or gondola evacuations utilize specialized rescue techniques and gear that must perform regardless of weather conditions. The success of evacuation operations begins with having the proper ski lift or gondola evacuation gear then hinges upon the instruction, training and practice of the operating personnel. If ski lift equipment fails, the person in charge must evacuate passengers according to the evacuation plan. Evacuation of a ski lift requires specific techniques for movement along a cable. For maximum efficiency, these operations are led simultaneously by several independent teams. Evacuation is a team effort and requires perfect coordination by everyone involved. Downward evacuation Easier to install, this is the preferred type of evacuation, when possible. Downward evacuation takes place using gravity, applying different techniques determined for specific types of field. Upward evacuation Upward evacuation requires techniques which are sometimes particularly complex (hauling with a mechanical winch, creating a hauling system built from lightweight pulleys, using counterweight techniques, etc.)

RESCUE
RESCUE systems: after fall The hierarchy of fall protection rescue is simple: self-rescue by the worker who has fallen, assisted rescue by co-workers, and, if all else fails, calling in professional rescuers. A couple of notes: A facility should call for the professionals as soon as a worker takes a fall. Remember that the pros can always be turned around if our fallen worker is otherwise rescued. And assisted rescue by co-workers could consist of any of many means of assistance, from leaning out to hand a fallen worker a piece of rescue equipment or cranking the worker up or down to safety, even to using an on-site rescue squad utilizing professional rope rescue techniques.

INTRODUCTION OF THE SYSTEM Permanent fastening systems (PFS) function, above all, as the systems of preventive and active protection to the users who are in danger of caving in, sliding or falling to depth. PFS is preventive as well as active protection against falling for its users. It makes it possible for its users to move safely, adjust its position, ascend or descend, hang and do any other activities associated with their work.

PFS is designed and constructed to catch a potentially falling user, which is done safely and in accordance with valid safety regulations of Czech Republic and European Union.
Durability of the PFS can be determined according to the durability of the building or structure on which they are placed. Handling the PFS is intuitive and easy. Every trained user is able to handle it routinely.
PFS can differ from each other depending on their type (vertical, horizontal etc.), design (cable, rail), utilization (adjusting position, hanging etc.), estimated number of users (at least 2 persons, maximum according to the investor’s demand or according to the capacity of the carrying structure, wall, attic etc.). It is therefore absolutely necessary to train the users before first using the system and also to make them familiar with the plan of operation and plan of evacuation.
All parts of the PFS can be replaced.

PFS are appropriate anywhere where the workers need to be fastened and where mobile footbridges, cranes or other handling and lifting devices would be expensive (concerning their operation as well as expenses), too heavy, and where their appearance would disturb the appearance of the building.
Virtually all these accidents or incidents were so minor that they were not reportable under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR). Safety is paramount in our industry. Since its formation IRATA, and its member companies, have worked assiduously to: • improve safety in the industry. • produce an industry standard set of guidelines and training requirements. • provide a comprehensive assessment and registration process for operatives.

The company Singing Rock, decided to establish multifunction polygon with the multimedia classroom as the first one in the Czech Republic in order to improve the level of the rope access work training. After gathering some information and experience from other countries in which such training polygons are commonly used, the working team was set up to ensure the preparation and implementation of this facility. The training POLYGON in Poniklá involves wide range of simulated situations such as: move on the roof with a variable declension, a tree, antenna masts, silo, scaffolding, high voltage masts and other construction suitable for practicing of working at a height.
