"We bought a wallpaper covered “fixer upper” with a rotting floor under the refrigerator. I thought it was just a broken water line on the refrigerator, but it was a neglected chimney cover with years of dripping down to the subfloor. With water damaged cabinet doors and an odd layout, we renovated the space to create something that worked for us." Dan McGinty / Designer Progress Lighting
