For 40 years we have pushed the limits of suspension performance. We arrived on the motorcycle scene in 1982 with our legendary progressive rate fork springs and haven’t looked back. Today we offer the most comprehensive line of shocks and fork kits to meet the needs of every rider and V-Twin model. Obsessed with perfection, we exceeded the boundaries of suspension technology with the development of our patented Frequency Sensing Technology (F.S.T.) which allows the shocks and monotube cartridges to dynamically adjust damping as you ride over ever changing road conditions. TECHNOLOGY DEFLECTIVE DISC VALVING The Deflective Disc Damping System consists of a large diameter main piston with thin flexible deflective discs on each side. As the piston travels through its stroke the discs flex during both the compression and rebound stroke, allowing the piston to pass through the fluid. The speed the piston can pass through the fluid is adjusted by stacking differing diameter and thickness of discs. The taller or more restrictive the stack the slower the piston can pass. This allows precise tuning for both compression and rebound damping based on each vehicle application. Compression Disk Stack

PROGRESSIVE RATE SPRING Progressive Rate Springs have an unequal distance between each coil throughout the length of the spring. The spring rate will change progressively with the compression of the spring. This allows a single spring to have softer and stiffer spring rates.

The more open wound area of the spring offers more resistance during compression to handle larger bumps in the road and resist bottoming.

The tightly wound area of the spring offers less resistance as the spring is compressed, giving the shock smooth function on smaller bumps.


F.S.T. - FREQUENCY SENSING TECHNOLOGY Available in our 944 & 444 Series Shocks and the 49mm Monotube Fork Kits, F.S.T. is our patented technology that includes a frequency sensitive fluid circuit in addition to our deflective disc valving and bleed circuits. F.S.T. allows us to tune for and achieve greatly improved chassis stability while simultaneously delivering a more comfortable ride quality than can be achieved with more traditional valving technologies. The frequency sensitive element excels in smoothing out road noise, braking bumps, weather cracks, expansion joints and bridge abutments. F.S.T. is the ultimate choice for control and comfort.

HIGH PRESSURE GAS MONOTUBE The Monotube design has many function advantages over Twin Tube. A Monotube allows for a much larger piston diameter allowing greater sensitivity and heat dissipation. The added High Pressure Nitrogen Gas maintains constant pressure and eliminates oil foaming that results in loss of performance.
