Island Walkers / Aerobic Walking to Music
This is group-walking in the Activity Room at Centennial Farm. Join us for 3 or 4 miles each weekday. You will learn 4 basic steps with a warm-up, cool down and stretches to finish. Music makes this a fun way to get aerobic walking in before your day starts. Wear comfortable clothes, walking shoes, and bring water. Please come 5 minutes early to register your first day, which is free! Dates may be scheduled off and participants will be notified in advance by flyer, email and/or phone call.

Adult Indoor Rowing Classes
To introduce adults to the full body, low-impact and lifelong health and wellness benefits of indoor rowing. Each session will include warmup, instruction and workout consisting of long and short interval workouts.

Cardio Kickboxing
A fast paced cardio workout focusing on lower body and arms while standing with the last quarter of the class down on a mat for core work. Hand weights are optional.

Get into the Flow!

Discover the restorative and physical benefits of Yoga. This zero intimidation yoga series allows you to achieve the strength, balance and stress relief of yoga at your own pace. Modifications will be provided for those poses you can’t quite do just yet…so don’t sweat! Encouragement to go a little further for more advanced students. This is your practice and will be centered around what feels right for your body.

Senior Fit
Discover the restorative and physical benefits of Yoga with our ‘Get into the Flow!’ class.

This workout incorporates low impact cardio moves including large muscle strength training using hand weights. Exercise incorporates use of a chair if necessary. Multi-level class, beginner to intermediate.

Cardio Drumming
Cardio drumming is a low impact class that can be modified for all levels. The main focus is to keep moving and have fun while staying on beat with the music! It’s great for all ages and an excellent way to stay active.
