Although other rating agencies seem fascinated by the size of an insurer and its diversification, neither size nor diversification has kept larger insurers out of rehabilitation or liquidation. Faith Cosgrove, LLB (Hons), CILEx, Trainee Costs Lawyer and Team Leader Faith joined A & M Bacon in March 2014. Having completed her A-Levels Faith went onto study Law at DeMontfort University in Leicester obtaining a 2:1 degree. She was active with mooting and debating throughout her degree and was Mistress of the Moots for two years. She went onto represent her University in various national competitions. After completing her degree Faith secured a place on the BPTC at Nottingham Trent University. After completion of the BPTC Faith secured a job in legal costs and has continued to work in the sector since. Hayley Moore, Trainee Costs Lawyer and Team Leader Hayley joined A&M in June 2012, after starting her career as an investigator into legal liability claims.
