"My time in Mikkeli has been nothing short of amazing. I was nervous as a first-year student walking to campus for orientation. But those fears washed away when I saw the incredible, tight-knit community here that made me feel so welcome. As someone who’s travelled from thousands of kilometres away to start my studies, I couldn’t have asked for a better opportunity. Beyond the unique, intensive academics program here, I’ve learned so much about myself and I hope to become a better person from it. I’ve made some of my best memories and my closest friends here, and I will cherish them dearly as I enter the next chapter of my life."
