Alisha has over 12 years practical HR experience both nationally and internationally within the mining, building and construction, health, clerical and finance, civil, electrical and mechanical engineering and land and conservation management sectors. With a Bachelor of Social Science she is passionate about qualitative HR practices that meet Industry expectations and support her clients in their strategic direction, maximizing on the bottom line and their return on investment when it comes to their biggest asset, their employees.
