In 2015, Apex Distribution Center added over 270,000 SF of lease space with the construction of two new Class A, front-load, light-industrial warehouses. A third building was upgraded, providing 16,000 SF of office space, 21,000 SF of cooler/freezer storage, and a 100,000-SF warehouse area. The combination of new and enhanced space has resulted in a 411,000-SF state-of-the-art industrial complex. Pritchard Associates additionally managed tenant interior construction within the distribution center for Eleganza, Millennium Distribution & Packaging, TSC Apparel, and Furrino Furniture.

Stafford Grove Industrial Park, built in 2015 in the heart of Houston’s southwest industrial submarket, provides 352,000 SF of premier distribution space in three facilities. In addition to the shell construction, Pritchard Associates retained its management role during the interior finish phase for tenants including 700 Valve, Spring Lighting, and Jackson Supply.

Interceramic, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of ceramic and natural stone, hired Pritchard Associates in 2016 to manage the shell construction and interior finish of its North American headquarters in Carrollton, TX. The 330,000-SF build-to-suit facility, located in the Austin Ranch planned development, houses both office and warehouse space for the company's top executives and 150 employees. The design uses wood-like tile accents and an exposed steel canopy at the building entries.

In 2002, BudCo, Ltd., completed a 288,000-SF facility on a 40-acre campus in San Antonio, TX. The complex includes 97,000 SF of office, conference and training room space; 190,000 SF of distribution space; and outbuildings for a fuel center, maintenance facility, and truck wash.
BudCo is now known as Silver Eagle Distributors, one of the largest Anheuser-Busch distributors in the nation.
