Edwards' entrepreneurial journey can be traced back to a personal experience.

Nailstry The Beauty Industry Landscape Evolved AURELIA EDWARDS PITCH SUCCESSFULLY HER NEWEST TECH LAUNCH. Faced with the challenge of finding the right sizes for her press-on nail manicure, Edwards decided to take matters into her own hands. The turning point came when she wanted to do the nails for her relatives' wedding party. Struggling to find the perfect sizes, the idea for Nailstry was sparked. Recognizing the magnitude of this common problem, she embarked on a mission to revolutionize the press-on nail industry. Six weeks after her manicure mishap, she opened a pop-up store in NYC, setting in motion the journey that would lead to the creation of Nailstry—a precision fingernail sizing technology that would redefine the way press-on nails are customized and enjoyed by individuals worldwide. This personal experience not only fueled her determination but also validated the widespread need for a solution, laying the foundation for the innovative venture that Nailstry has become.

From A Truly Global City To The Sunshine State The decision to relocate the company to South Florida during the COVID-19 pandemic presented formidable challenges. Economic uncertainty, internal team changes, and finding office space created a complex landscape. Edwards navigated this turbulent period by actively engaging with local Chambers of Commerce, participating in community events, and tapping into the expansive startup network. These connections played a pivotal role in transitioning Nailstry to its new home and setting the stage for future growth. Page 7

Nailstry Building Strength Through Community

OVERCOMING TEAM CHALLENGES A significant challenge arose when Edwards parted ways with her first technical team, creating a critical gap that needed immediate attention. Instead of succumbing to the challenge, Edwards leveraged her community network. Actively participating in local events and networking opportunities she not only discovered a pool of talented individuals but also built valuable relationships.

The power of community engagement became evident as Edwards swiftly filled open positions with skilled and dedicated team members, highlighting the importance of a strong network in overcoming unexpected challenges. Edwards's commitment to community, innovation, and inclusivity defines her entrepreneurial spirit, making her a remarkable force in the world of purpose-driven business owners.

Page 8

Adapting To Change: LESSONS LEARNED IN A SHIFTING LANDSCAPE Nailstry embraced adaptability and resourcefulness, she remarks “be proactive in financial management, researching funding options and participating in grants, pitch competitions, and accelerators. Staying agile and continuously monitoring market trends became key pillars of Nailstry's survival and succes.”

The Determination to Break Barriers: A PERSONAL JOURNEY

As a woman of color tech founder, Edwards faced challenges of imposter syndrome and isolation. Determined to overcome these hurdles, she actively sought support in womencentric tech events, transforming isolation into collaboration. By initiating a mentorship program within her startup and actively advocating for diversity, Edwards turned her struggles into a story of inclusivity and success.

Page 9

Edwards offers a crucial piece of advice to aspiring entrepreneurs: “Start. The journey begins with that first challenging step, and imperfections and uncertainties are inherent in every beginning. Embrace grit and resilience, understanding that the road to success is rarely linear. Trust your instincts, take the initial leap, and view challenges as opportunities to learn and refine your approach.”

Nailstry People First INSPIRATION AND GUIDANCE: A COMMITMENT TO MENTORSHIP Beyond business success, Edwards is dedicated to empowering the next generation. Motivated by the potential and enthusiasm of young individuals, she actively contributes to initiatives providing mentorship, resources, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Edwards envisions a community where the younger generation is not only supported but also inspired to fearlessly pursue their dreams. The Essence of Happiness and Greatness Edwards sees happiness as a continuous conscious activity, unique to each individual. She believes greatness is measured by the positive impact on people, living things, and the planet. Edwards's commitment to community, innovation, and inclusivity defines her entrepreneurial spirit, making her a remarkable force in the world of purpose-driven business owners.

WHAT IS LOVE? SIMPLE ACTS OF POSITIVITY ARE THE ESSENCE OF LOVE “How to Find Your Purpose in Life”

AWARENESS

There are 86400 seconds in a day! The quote is from Jack Dawson, played by Leonardo DiCaprio. The quote reads "I figure life's a gift and I don't intend on wasting it. You don't know what hand you're gonna get dealt next. You learn to take life as it comes at you... to make each day count.".

APPRECIATION "Don't look forward in fear, don't look backward in regret, but look around in awareness". This film features Theunis Cilliers Filmed in South Africa. He shares his journey about how we was forced to say god bye to his “one in a million wife”.

GRIT “Nobody is gonna hit as hard as life, but it ain’t how hard you can hit. It’s how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. It’s how much you can take, and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done.”

UNDERSTANDING LOVE EXISTENCE IS INCREDIBLY PRICELESS “Love is always patient and kind”

The Effects of Love on Your Brain and Body Love is one of the best antidotes to neutralize stress hormones in the body to reduce pain, suffering, stress, depression, insomnia, diseases of the immune system, dementia, etc. Appreciating each day changes the routine. Existence with or without love can be affect everything from stress levels to cardiovascular health. Nelson Mandela remarkable words made history on his book Long Walk to Freedom by Nelson Mandela: “No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.”

LOVE, SERVICE, SACRIFICE, CARE, AND COMMITMENT. The first love which in most human beings should be the love

parents.

Love

emotional,

psychological, and physical well-being from birth. Epigenetics takes as an example that with a toxic level of stress combined with poor nutrition before birth (or suffering from a very early age) cause alterations in the human DNA, this can develop diseases such as cancer, and other immune diseases. Life is changing continuously, being a parent is like embarking on a journey. It calls for flexibility, lots of patience, and a heartfelt dedication to ensuring the child's growth and happiness. The role involves countless responsibilities that will develop the child's personality and equip them for the challenges of adulthood. The shared experiences that make the bond between a parent and a child truly special will impact the economic, social, historical, and political destiny of a nation. These factors are important in the emotional and behavioral health of the development of future generations. Page20

New Concept “TheBest Of Two Worlds”

Genuine Recipes a delightful journey of flavors! Chef Daniel has created an extraordinary menu with Pre-Hispanic contributions. If you visit Mexi and Pizza Restaurant you will discover creations like the famous "Molcajete." This Mexican Parrillada prepared with juicy, and flavorful ingredients such as grilled skirt steak strips, chicken, shrimp, avocado, queso blanco, onions, radishes, and a thick spicy Guajillo pepper sauce, served in a Molcajete "Volcanic Stone" bowl heated at 350 degrees. This volcanic stone brings out the most delicious aromas, colors, and flavors.

Delicious every bit... come see it for yourself! Italy and Mexico ranked in the top ten of the best food in the world. Chef Daniel showcased his creativity on a menu with trusted authentic Italian recipes and traditional Mexican cuisine (not TexMex). Chef Daniel sources only fresh ingredients from local farmers. He says, "We are committed to serving our customers with great love and passion." Nothing gives more flavor than fresh ingredients. Chef Daniel cares about the taste and quality of every dish.
