But science shows that exercise and movement has just as many mental benefits as physical, even if it’s in just 10-minute breaks! So during those scheduled 15-minute breaks (Pomodoro), hop on the bike, walk/jog around the block or find a 10-minute yoga video (there are TONS). Your body and your brain will thank you! (no, folding laundry does not count!).
