Thank you to the many students who participated in focus groups: student athletes, leaders of numerous extracurricular groups, eating club leaders, religious life leaders, Young Alumni Trustee candidates, sorority members, and peer group mentors and leaders, and especially to Alexis Morin ’12 and Martha Ferguson ’11, who so ably led many focus groups and assisted in data collection. Thanks to Margaret Miller, assistant vice president for alumni affairs, and the many alumnae who participated in focus groups and attended presentations, giving information and important perspective to the project. The members of the Women in Leadership Initiative were particularly helpful to us at their meeting in the fall. Special thanks to Amy Sennett ’06 and Caitlin Sullivan ’07 for conducting extensive interviews with a number of their classmates and Princeton friends. Thank you to colleagues throughout the University who provided organizational and technical support: Ruth Stevens, Eric Quiñones, Micole Sharlin, Neil Mills, Maggie Westergaard, and Thomas Bartus in the Office of Communications; Angela Cassaro in the Office of the President; and Joe DeLucia and Sal Rosario in the Office of Information Technology. Thank you to our colleagues across the country, including college and university presidents, faculty, and administrators, who provided valuable institutional data, reflections, and suggestions. A very special thanks to Janet Gruschow, Office of the President, and Amy Campbell, Office of the Vice President for Campus Life, for
