Studies of meditation have shown reduced stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, reduced chronic pain, improved health, vitality and self-esteem. Meditation is increasingly being recommended by health professionals to deal with the harmful effects of chronic stress, depression, pain and other stress-related disorders. This 4-week course is for anybody who wishes to enhance their sense of well-being and learn simple techniques to lower stress and anxiety through meditation. If you have ever meditated or if you have tried and found it difficult to continue your practice, this course is for you.
