Professional Cook Program The CNC Professional Cook program taught me all the basics of French cuisine and professional cooking which, ultimately was the catalyst to my career. One of the best aspects of the program was the instructors. They have care and passion for the students, and work to keep everyone inspired while supporting students to help move their careers forward.
