The past couple of months, our models have been working tirelessly with many departs to help us create this magazine and bring it to life. There has been consistent amount catwalk trainings, photoshoots, meetings, teambonding and social gatherings that it has began to feel like a reality tv show which is mind blowing at times but overall, our models have been pushing over boundaries and helping the company grow in some many ways it's unimaginable.

Photoshoots are a big thing for Prestige Modelling, thanks to our recent retired photographer Mel Anderson who helped us create so many creative and wonderful shoots that helped the models get into their comfort zones, feel powerful and bring enjoyable to the job, it has been a wild two months for that matter. Thank you Mel for everything, we will all miss you and we hope you return someday. With that being said, there are many more things to come or Prestige not just general modelling but hopefully soon we will be hosting season runway shows, collaborations with companies and many more ideas that I will keep quiet for now.

Color: Sea Welcome back to our ongoing series exploring the world of color. In our first installment, we talked about how color and language develop together, and in our second we discussed the wonderful intricacies of the color grue. Grue? What the heck is grue? Oh, sorry, I meant bleen. Wait, what do we call that color again? If I sound like a raving lunatic right now, it’s because your language, as well as most of the world, has made a distinction between the colors blue and green. Most languages develop terms for light and dark first, then red and yellow. However, more complex colors such as brown or purple typically can’t be developed until blue and green have separate terms. Now that we can differentiate them, let me ask you a question. What is the most popular color on average in the whole world? It’s blue! Though green might be the signature color for nature, blue fills up an incredible part of our lives and vision. From the moon, our planet is described as a pale blue dot. We have brilliantly blue oceans spanning more than 70% of the planet, as well as the endless expanse of the cerulean sky above. With all this real estate, it’s hardly a surprise that blue dominates the perception of color, as well as fashion. Blue can represent many different things! Because of the vastness of the sea and sky, we can feel how boundless are imaginations truly are as they crash upon the shores of balance and relaxation. When you look to the sky, you do not worry about what is around you, for you are at peace. As always, it’s important to take these meanings and apply them to what we wear. So let’s dive in!

Pure Blues: A pure blue is positively vivid and the most cold (or cool) color you can wear in the spectrum. Creativity, intelligence, and serenity are this color’s calling cards, and so too are the impressions of those who wear them. Don’t be afraid to be monochromatic with this! Blue is very difficult to get wrong, which is why in many Western cultures there is the quote, “Something old, something new. Something borrowed, something blue!”

Light Blues: Once again, light blues combine the purity and positivity of white with the calmness and serenity of the sky. These are the colors of a gentle morning beside a healthy creek. You absolutely want to wear these if you are looking for that spirited and youthful look with a dash of quiet joy.

a and Sky Dark Blues: A dark navy blue suit jacket may just be the most powerful color in the world, worn by prominent figures in government, entertainment, and fashion. A solid base of trust and security is reinforced by the intelligence and authority of these colors, without giving off any aggression that other dark colors are typically associated with. While you might not be turning any heads, you will be a powerful grounding force that eyes naturally come to rest on.

Combinations with Other Colors: Blue and yellow is a timeless combination of royalty and wealth. Blue can be a very reserved color, so why not splash a little sunshine into the mix? This combination is sure to give you a lively feeling along with a calm and reasoned backdrop, and is super fun to play around with as the beaches open up to reflect your singular style! You know when you’re watching the sun set on a clear day, and the sky fills up with a dark blue streaked with orange sunlight? Why not bring this into your wardrobe with a relaxing, calm, and vibrant combination that fits perfectly with those late evening parties. Red and blue! The stark contrast between the two is simply perfect to liven up your outfit with a bold and resonant style. If you really want to own the Mother Earth look, blue and green is the way to go. Just imagine yourself adorned with grassy meadows and rich oceans, and you’re halfway to owning the world. White! This is especially fun for that maritime adventure of white clouds and open sky. Black, black, black. If you want to double down on the trust and security of a dark blue, or add some aggression to tamper off the joy of a light blue, then black is always a good and solid choice. You can never go wrong!

HOROS

YOUR FORECAST FO

AQUARIUS: You may have been looking forward to communicating or spending time with the people you care about today if possible, but circumstances beyond your control throw some unexpected obstacles in your way. Don't panic, Aquarius. If you're focused and objective, you can find a way to get around the obstacles and do what you want to do. If you're involved in creative projects, you might seem blocked today. This should pass by tomorrow. PISCES: Although you've been feeling especially strong physically over the past few days, Pisces, today you might feel a little under the weather. You could even experience some giddiness. This is nothing to worry about, but you should try to take it easy. Don't exercise if you don't feel up to it. Get some rest. Even if you have to postpone some chores, you'll be better off in the long run. ARIES: Enthusiasm for your own ideas as well as for those of others could catapult you into the spotlight today, Aries. You might become an expert perhaps on scientific or occult subjects. You're on an emotional high and looking forward to the future. You've got a lot of plans that are not only exciting but also workable. Make the most of them, and don't be afraid to share them with others. TAURUS: New circumstances could put you in touch with some interesting and exciting people from distant places. You might discuss business, but not boring shoptalk. Rather, you may have some intriguing yet workable ideas for future projects that could make a difference to you and others. If you've been thinking about forming a new partnership, Taurus, this is an auspicious day for serious discussion.

LEO: Here comes your second wind just a little too late for your tastes. Of course, now that it's here, you won't be able to live with yourself if you don't at least try to do something with it. It's okay, just let it go. You'll feel far worse if you exhaust yourself by doing anything at all. Besides, you won't believe how much you'll get done after a little relaxation. Rest is crucial for a brain like yours.

LIBRA: Surprising new developments in close friendships or love relationships could come your way today, Libra. Someone might move away or perhaps move closer to you. This could prove a little unsettling at first, but you'll be happy once you get used to the idea. Communicating with new people could also bring unexpected events your way. Be

CANCER: The economy could well take another dip, Cancer, and you might hear from people expressing concerns about financial matters. Don't take them to heart, and certainly don't worry about your own financial condition. The trend will probably reverse itself soon, and this time in the right direction. Take no drastic action just yet. Wait and see what happens. You'll probably breathe a sigh of relief.

SCORPIO: Unexpected developments might interfere with your home life or with plans to spend a quiet evening with your family, Scorpio. This could have you feeling a little down at first, but don't let it get to you. Whatever you do today might open doors that will benefit both you and those close to you. Gird your loins and do whatever needs to be done. Later you'll be glad you did.

CAPRICORN: Although business and money matters continue to go well, some rather unsettling news regarding either your finances or the economy in general could reach you today, Capricorn. However, don't accept as truth anything you hear until you check the facts. The planetary energies now lend themselves to the spread of rumor, gossip, and misinformation. This is definitely the day to hang on to your objectivity. SAGITTARIUS: You may be looking forward to talking on the phone with someone dear who lives far away, Sagittarius, but circumstances beyond your control could get in the way. Perhaps you keep missing each other, or problems with computers or phones throw a monkey wrench into the works. Don't let this dim your enthusiasm. Once you reach your friend, expect to have an exciting and emotionally gratifying conversation. VIRGO: Stress could take a toll on you today, Virgo. You might temporarily lose your ambition and be left wondering if it's all really worth it. This isn't a good day to start projects or engage in important discussions. Stay home and get some rest if you can. You might skip a few chores, but you'll be better off in the long run. Treat yourself to a good book and some ice cream.
