Camp with Culture
Connect to culture through 'Camping with Custodians' at these nature-based campgrounds.

Camping with Custodians is an exciting, Australian-first initiative providing high quality campgrounds on Aboriginal lands. Visitors can stay on Country, tour with local guides and experience first-hand one of the world’s oldest, continuing cultures. The campgrounds enable host communities to showcase their lifestyle and culture. There are currently six Camping with Custodians campgrounds in Australia’s North West, with a new campground opening in 2024.
