If you prefer to live in a senior only atmosphere, Windsor offers independent living options in the Good Samaritan Society – Water Valley Senior Living Resort with senior apartments and twin homes, Columbine Health’s Westwood Patio Homes & The Windsor Independent Living and The Falls at Water Valley 55+ Resort Community.

For those seniors needing a little more assistance Windsor offers Bright Assisted Living Facility and Columbine Commons Assisted Living Facility. Opening in 2019, the

Good Samaritan Assisted Living Community and Memory Care Assisted Living Community. For those in need of skilled nursing Windsor is proud to offer Columbine Commons Health & Rehab Facility and Windsor Health Care.

Windsor is also proud to offer the Windsor Housing Authority as an alternative housing option for our seniors, low income families and persons with disabilities.

By partnering with individuals and organizations, the Windsor Housing Authority seeks to develop and maintain attainable neighborhood housing for our community.
