Celebrating 50 Years! Featuring jazz headliners from across the nation and the talented UNC students – this festival is the largest of its kind in the country. This year’s theme is Through The Looking-Glass - Celebrating the past and looking to the future, with new and familiar journeys into the fantastical world of jazz. From the towering notes of Wayne Bergeron to the electronic improvisations of Ingrid Jensen, the 100th year of Charlie Parker to the elegant sound of the Swingle Singers, this proves to be a lineup and educational experience to remember.

The Cinco de Mayo Festival held in Greeley is one of the largest multicultural festivals in Colorado. The festival will take place on Saturday, May 2nd, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Greeley’s Island Grove Regional Park. 2020 marks the 35th Annual Cinco de Mayo Greeley Festival and it’s going to be a celebration, to say the least. A commemoration of Mexican culture and heritage with great food and entertainment.

For the 21st anniversary of this event, we are bringing back well-loved characters and Chautauqua scholars where each character reflects issues that still resonate today. This event is a unique combination of live theater and American history presented by scholars, reminiscent of the traveling tent shows at the turn of the 20th century.
