SOIL REPORT - We will have an Engineer complete a soil report CONTRACT - Sign a Building Contract and pay your “Down Payment”

CONSULT - Speak to a Fairmont Homes Housing Consultant and obtain a quotation DESIGN - Select a Fairmont Homes home design

LAND - Select a block of land

BUDGET - Work out how much deposit you have and how much can you borrow.
