“Send us your best photo from your holiday in Norway”. This question was an invitation from Norway Post and Visit Norway to enter last year’s photo competition. The photos taken by the lucky winners were to be featured on stamps. For a chance to win, entrants had to upload a photo to Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag Norgeminner2022 or Norwaymemories2022. More than 13,000 photos were uploaded, and six of them have now been turned into stamps.
The photos were taken in Northern Norway, Western Norway and Trøndelag, and the photographers come from Norway, Switzerland and Spain. Camilla Kvien Jensen has arranged the pictures in stamp format.

Partially imperforated posthorn stamps from the 1909/19 series originate from stamp booklets. These form a natural part of any complete Norway album pages, and there are specific places for these booklet pairs in the Norway album (page 9A in the Leuchtturm album for Norway).
