Caller advised the subject has been harassing the caller’s daughter several times today. Advised that they had an incident in Vanderburgh county and the subject was extremely violent. Breaking and Entering— Subject trying to get into her house. Subject is still there and looking into window. Requesting officers—Third Street, Mount Vernon August 27 1:38 a.m.—Theft—Advised some things were taken from her closet and other things have been gone through. Two windows were unlocked and she has now closed them. She is unsure if some of it was taken yesterday while she was mowing or all today. Finds it strange and wanting officers. Called back and advised that she is also missing some paperwork from a file cabinet; insurance papers, pay stubs, and several other items of paperwork have been scrounged through. Wanted deputy to be aware. Also wanted to notify that her son has been in contact with his father and the father is a locksmith. Also noticed a movie missing from the dining room table—Middle Mount Vernon Road, Mount Vernon. 3:15 a.m.—Suspicious— Out with gray Mazda—One Stop, Poseyville 8:45 a.m.—Theft—Gps taken, earbuds, phone charger. Vehicle was unlocked— Albert Drive, Wadesville
12:29 p.m.—VIN Inspection—2007 Tahoe—Street. Francis Street, Poseyville 1:11 p.m.—Miscellaneous—Caller advised he has some questions about a vehicle he sold and it not being registered to the buyer’s yet—John Av, New Harmony 1:20 p.m.—Shots Fired— Does not want number given out over the air. Company shut service off at this address. Resident has large dogs so company cut line to the house. While at the property, the resident shot 5 or 6 rounds in the air. Caller wants an officer to talk to the resident— Continental Camp Road, Griffin 4:55 p.m.—Harassment— Landlord is harassing caller. Has shut caller’s water off manually. Has been told before to leave them alone by a deputy. Now water and electricity has been shut off and landlord is going through caller’s mail and has opened caller’s mail. Neighbors have seen the landlord inside the residence when they were not there—Midway Drive, Poseyville 7:19 p.m.—Domestic— Male or female outside, verbal at this time. Black suv was on the property at Darnell School Road where the caller is a security guard. Caller is following the subject. Female subject called and advised they were out driving in the country and they were being followed by a subject in a white truck. Caller is in a black RAV4— Broadway Av, Evansville 10:36 p.m.—Impaired Driver—Gray Ford truck, older with a toolbox. Possibly impaired—Old Beech Road, New Harmony August 28 2:21 a.m.—Suspicious— Advised that she has been searching for the missing female and has been trying to help locate her. They were driving around tonight and advised that to the right of Raines Orchard, sign down in the field in a ditch in a ravine, they saw a big thick bag, like one that you put on the roof. Upon investigating it, they tried to dig underneath the bag but there is too much bag but it looked to be like it had been under water. When they got closer, they saw the brown mud but on top of it they saw what looked to be blood. Caller advised her sister and daughter took a picture and left the area because they could not lift it. The bag
is uncovered but it is so deep can’t see in it. Caller advised it could be an animal or anything but would like someone to check the area to make sure there is not a body in the bag. Very concerned—area of Raines Orchard Road, Mount Vernon 6:41 a.m.—Drugs—Advised walking the ditch line locating Vectren’s gas lines. Located Gatorade bottle with meth inside and a tube hanging out of bottle—Mackey Ferry Road, Mount Vernon 9:50 a.m.—Theft—Advised driver’s license has been stolen. Advised this happened a month ago also. Request an officer—Upper Mount Vernon Road, Mount Vernon 12:12 p.m.—Theft—Male subject sold caller a 2000 Ford Taurus and the agreement says that he has 3 months to pay for it but he has come and got the vehicle. Would like an officer—Greely, Cynthiana 1:10 p.m.—Information— Would like deputy to call him about this case—Sharp Street, Poseyville 2:41 p.m.—Vandalism— Caller requesting to speak with deputy in reference vandalism of a pipeline sign. Advised that the sign does not belong to him but he mows for the company around the
area. Advised that the sign was ripped off. Unsure if they stole anything—Lower Mount Vernon Road, Evansville 2:55 p.m.—Lockout—2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse vehicle is running. Caller is aware officers are not liable—Mueller Drive, Mount Vernon 3:20 p.m.—Missing Person—Advised caller’s wife is not home. Has not spoken or seen her since 9:00 P.m. last evening. Advised that she had an appointment at 11:00 A.m.. Has not attempted her cellphone because he cannot operate it. Female subject is disabled as well as caller. Is concerned about her well being. Caller believes that the female drove herself to the appointment. Her vehicle is gone from the residence. Caller has not made contact with any family members.
