While on the phone, other male subject got on the line and advised the subject is very intoxicated and he is not allowing him to drive and that is why he is upset He understands an officer needs to come to the residence and check on male. First caller called back and advised that he no longer needs an officer’s assistance. He was removed from the residence and got a ride to his home—Holler Road, Mount Vernon 5:23 a.m.—Car/Deer—Caller hit a deer, advised is over $1,000.00. Is off the side of the road—SR 62, Mount Vernon 7:02 a.m.—Trespassing—Red Pontiac on the property, no one around—Copperline Road, Mount Vernon 8:02 a.m.—Property Damage—Male subject digging ditch out in the area. Has cut phone lines and cable lines to caller’s residence. Requesting an officer—Lower Mount Vernon Road, Mount Vernon 9:27 a.m.—Medical—84-year-old female—Jefferson, Mount Vernon 11:10 a.m.—Scam—Received a call from a company advising her she filled out a loan application and they needed to verify her information. She did not give them any information. Believes it is a scam—Grandview Drive, Evansville 11:45 a.m.—Accident—2005 Ford Focus wagon and 2001 Ford Expedition—Hwy 62, Mount Vernon 12:27 p.m.—Message—Has information where male subject is at. He is wanted out of Posey County—Water St, Mount Vernon 12:46 p.m.—Custodial—Female came into PVPD needing to get her child. She has paperwork showing she is the guardian. The father is trying to enroll the child into Posey County Schools when the child is already enrolled in school where the mother lives—Ferdinand 1:48 p.m.—General Complaint—Caller bought a horse from a man from Craigslist. The caller gave the man another horse to transport to Taylorsville, Kentucky to give it to the original owner of the caller’s horse. Caller has not heard from the man. The horse has not been returned to the original owner. Caller thinks this man may have stolen the horse he was supposed to just transport for the caller. Would like to speak with a deputy— Acorn Lane, New Harmony 3:08 p.m.—911 Hang-up—Spoke with male subject, he advised he hasn’t heard anyone call on the radio for any help—Refinery Road, Mount Vernon 3:25 p.m.—Custodial—Caller advised that he’s enrolled his son at NPHS. His ex has picked the child up and taken him back to Dubois County. Needing to speak with a deputy to see what can be done—North St, Cynthiana 3:36 p.m.—Welfare Check—Advised he just got back to campus and wanted to report he and his friend were in this area driving to school. They passed two small children at the end of a driveway that did not lead back to a house. He was concerned for their welfare and would like them checked on—Welborn Road, Mount Vernon 6:15 p.m.—Breaking and Entering—Someone broke into the house and stole her grandfather’s safe. There is evidence of the break-in—Ranes Road, Mount Vernon April 27 6:49 p.m.—Information—Advised power line is hanging low. Not a hazard at this time, however, caller is unsure if a bus will have issues or pull it down—Alldredge Road, Mount Vernon 8:18 a.m.—Restraining Violation—Meeting place for exchange of the children, caller advised her husband, that she is separated from, refused to bring the kids to the meeting place. She had to drive to his house to get them. He came out to the car and confronted her about the divorce. The caller did not feel comfortable. There is a protective order against him. Caller would like to speak with a deputy—Benthall Road, Mount Vernon 9:10 a.m.—Breaking and Entering—Back door is busted open. Boss’s apartment is ransacked, money and other items all over the place—Broadway Av, Evansville 5:54 p.m.—Theft—Caller’s husband’s license plates were taken off the vehicle—Walnut St, Cynthiana 6:59 p.m.—Investigation—Out at the residence—Whiting St, Cynthiana April 28 12:21 a.m.—Loud Music—Group of people partying in the backyard of the named residence. The caller asked them to turn it down and they started cussing at her. Caller called back and advised officers just circled the block and did nothing in regards to the subjects in backyard. They have yelled at her and called her names. She is requesting officers to come back to residence and do something about this—3rd St, Mount Vernon 5:49 a.m.—Accident—Car ran in the ditch, unknown injuries—Hwy 62, Mount Vernon 2:21 p.m.—Accident—Bus has went off in the ditch.
