Evansville, Indiana Notice is hereby given that the German Township Water District, Inc., Evansville, Indiana, under and pursuant to the Public Service Commission Act, as amended, intends to file with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission on or about March 7, 2017 an increase in the schedule of rates and charges for all water sold by its water utility in the amount of $0.06 per 1,000 gallons as a wholesale water cost tracker applicable to all customers of the German Township Water District. The changes in schedules of rates submitted to the Commission are based solely upon the change in the cost of purchased water by the German Township Water District, Inc. from the Evansville Mmucipal Water Utility and shall apply for the next practical consumption period following fmal approval by the Commission or May 1, 2017, whichever is later.

2017-51 TORNADO DAMAGE NOTICE On behalf of the Posey County Area Plan Commission & Posey County Building Commission Offices we would like to offer our sympathy due to the recent tornado that caused damage to properties in Northern Posey County. This notice is to assist on any rebuilding efforts that may need to take place on any properties that received storm damage. Any reconstruction or repairs that need to be made may require a permit. The highway superintendent may require the successful bidder to remove from the county job, any of the bidder’s employees who the highway department determines to be performing the contracted work in an unsafe or unsatisfactory manner or who is disruptive to the job site.
