Cancellation If we cancel Oh, no - We had to cancel! Sometimes, we don’t get enough registration for a class and have to cancel so it’s important to register early to avoid disappointment. We make the decision approximately one week in advance of the first class. If we cancel, we do our best to find an alternative class or we will provide you with a refund. Refund Policy – All classes, summer camps, spring camps, Pro-D days Full refunds up to five (5) days prior to the class or workshop start date. Refunds will not be granted within the five (5) day period up to class start date or when first class has started. Requests for exceptions for medical or compassionate reasons may be considered upon receipt of a doctor’s note prior to the class start date, or up to and including the first class to info@pomoarts.ca. Upon approval, a refund of the class fee will be granted, less the registration fee and any applicable supply fees. Private Music Lessons: Please contact our customer service representatives at 604.931.2008 for information. Pictures tell the story: We love to show our community the programs that we are offering and how much fun everyone is having. We use the photos/videos we take to promote our programs and events. If you object to having your photo /video or your child’s photo/video taken, please let our photographer know. We are happy to comply. While we strive to maintain a nut and scent-free environment, we cannot guarantee this. Please do not bring sandwiches, granola bars or snacks that contain nuts into the Port Moody Arts Centre.
