I have three kids, so chasing them around all day keeps some weight off. Then I try to watch at least six hours of TV a day; that works the remote thumb. If thatâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s not enough, Iâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;ll eat at Amatoâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s at least four times a week and usually drink some â&#x20AC;&#x153;Upta Campsâ&#x20AC;? with it before I hit the hay. I kind of come in and out of shape. For Boondock 2, I had to get back into shape because it was a sequel, and I was in shape for the first one. So, running, lifting weights, eating right, and hitting the bag. Where did you finishing in the Dempsey Challenge bicycle race?
