PARKING HAS NEVER
CVS Parking Lot

We are in the heart of the summer, and the parking scene in Port Jeff is alive as ever. In addition to our residents parking in our lots, we see visitors parking at a rate of well over 1,000 cars daily. The addition of the spaces at the CVS lot for public use has helped immensely with businesses and events taking place in the south part of the C1 district.

The parking department manages our micro-mobility service,"PASSPort." I presented information on the program at the 8-7-23 board of trustees meetingciting excellent service results but lower than anticipated usage. The program will be re-considered for continuance a er August 2023.
Approximately 80.5% of our paid-parking session transactions are paid by QR code. One advantage is that the PAY BY CELL option remembers your plate number for the next time you park and reminds you of your parking session expiring. The Barnum parking lot continues to be a free alternative and is heavily utilized by C1 district employees. Parking questions and comments are welcome at portjeff.com/parking
