APARTMENT FOR TWO
Owl’s Nest is a private residence for clients Mila and Luca, a 72 year old couple that share their love for food and wine. Their two bedroom apartment captures the essence of their European roots by being a multipurpose space that encourages gathering and socialization while also providing a quiet haven that enables tranquility and relaxation.
Owl’s Nest was designed with accessibility and mobility as a top priority without compromising Mila and Luca’s personal aesthetics, creating a sense of purpose and belonging through meaningful interactions.

ARTIST STUDIO IN WILLIAMSBURG
Arsham Studio is a loft designed for New York based artist Daniel Arsham. The loft serves as a private residence and work studio that combines modern and minimal elements to create a space where as an artist Arsham can expand his possibilities of creative collaboration and thinking.
Arsham Studio was designed with a general sense of playfulness while establishing a relationship between space, form, light and its natural counterpart, shadow. The combination of natural materials and his distinguished works of art create a space that feels energizing and unique.

This project is a private residence for client Anne W. Anne is the editor in chief of a fashion magazine and considers herself a workaholic, with this in mind the open plan serves as a creative hub that encourages intimate gatherings and work related meetings. Open sigh lines create a flowing experience from

room to room and natural floors are used as a warm transition between spaces. Touches of traditional details combined with warm and contemporary elements create just the right balance for this New York City apartment.
