About Me Me I am a Los Angeles-based Architectural designer and AIA associate. I earned a Master’s degree from the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia in 2008. During my 14-year professional career, I have worked with a number of highly regarded firms in the United States, Armenia, and Iran. I have been involved from inception to design, detailing, and final construction of projects ranging from residential to largescale mixed use and commercial developments. I am currently working towards my California Architectural License and am passionate about creating innovative, extraordinary, green, practical, efficient designs and solutions. My open and honest personality makes me reliable and easy to work with. I have a goal oriented approach when taking on fast paced projects and solving problems in both collaborative and individual environments. My love and curriosity toward construction led me toward obtaining my construction licence. I have also earned a LEED Green Associate credential and am currently working toward LEED AP certificate. Outside of my architectural career, I enjoy designing and making furniture, clothes ,and jewelry, participating in volunteer groups, attending architectural lectures and workshops, and traveling to explore old and new architecture, art and cultures.

Conducting research, preparing code analysis and calculations to achieve the best design strategy which would comply with zoning and building restrictions. I was involved during the entire project cycle from concept design to detailed construction drawing, responding to RFIs and inspection of the final construction according to proposed design. Attend meetings with different city councils, and correspondence regarding project submittal, and final approvals.

GLENDALE / CA STATUS : COMPLET

Located in the picturesque Southern California mountains, this project boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Its open design seamlessly merges the indoor and outdoor spaces, creating an inviting atmosphere that makes the most of the scenic surroundings. The project's large windows and expansive balcony provide a panoramic view of the mountains and the surrounding natural beauty. Nestled in the heart of Los Angeles, this project offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

SCOPE : •

Complete remodel and renovation of existing residence.

Infilling of existing pool area.

Addition of 488 square feet in the location of the former pool.

Total proposed residence size of 2500 square feet.

ROLE: •

Design development, including 3D modeling and rendering.

Research, analysis, and calculations per zoning and building codes.

Preparation of design proposal documentation

Planning submittal, construction drawings, and documentation.

Coordinating with the contractor under supervision.

Responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and providing additional details as needed on the job site.

The proposed Chabad is located in the heart of Hollywood. The project is composed of two phases, each with a distinct purpose. The first phase involved the conversion of existing business offices into a preschool, which has been successfully completed and is now in use. The second phase of the project represents a significant expansion of the Chabad's offerings, providing a fully functional worship area, complete with additional amenities such as a kitchen, mikva, Rabbi's residence, and nursery. These facilities will serve as a vital center for the community, fostering spiritual growth, personal development, and social connection among members of the community.

Facade and interior remodeling

Convertion of existion office areas to new worship area, new kitchen, mikvah, men and women bathrooms, nursery and Rabbi residence.
