Methodology

The information contained in this report relates to condominium projects launched between 1 July, 2012 and 30 June, 2013 in metropolitan Bangkok and Pattaya. It also features a review of the Thai economy.

In Bangkok, the Raimon Land research team collected the data by surveying all projects developed by listed companies, and selected developments by non-listed companies where the average selling price was 100,000 baht/sq m or above.

In Pattaya, the Raimon Land research team collected data on all known projects, regardless of the status of the developer or the average selling price.

All of the data contained within this document were collected either by the Raimon Land research team or provided by reputable sources, all of which are credited accordingly.
