She is also co-author of Shared Prosperity, Stronger Regions: An Agenda for Rebuilding America’s Older Core Cities (PolicyLink, 2005). Miriam Axel-Lute is a consultant who focuses on urban issues and has contributed to several PolicyLink projects.
