Dr. Gans is a clinical psychologist in private practice and a researcher at UCSF. Her area of specialty is the psychological impact of chronic illness as it relates to a person’s wellbeing and her current research is looking at Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) as a treatment for chronic tinnitus. 08 BALANCED LIVING – FREE WELLNESS COACHING GROUP Six Wednesdays beginning March 13th 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. National MS Society 1700 Owens Street, 2nd Fl. Creativity, spirituality, journal writing, personal resources and cognitive-behavioral methods will be incorporated. This group is open to people living with MS.
