100 grams Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 4 Tbsp Sugar 4 Eggs 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1. Melt chocolate and butter over a pot of hot water, let cool slightly. 2. Separate eggs. 3. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks with 2 Tbsp of sugar. 4. Beat egg yolks with 2 Tbsp of sugar. 5. Add chocolate mixture to egg yolks. 6. Fold in egg whites with rubber spatula. 7. Pour into a serving bowl and refrigerate.
