Emma Munguia and Eliana Rojo (7th)

The Maker enrichment at Piner Olivet Charter School, taught by Mr. Finnegan on Thursdays and Fridays, and Ms. Dolan on Mondays and Tuesdays. This is a class where you will find creativity and positivity! We interviewed a few students and they all had very positive reports, the people we interviewed were Nate, Irene, and Lina. Here are the questions and their responses: The first question was “how are you liking Maker so far?” and Nate’s response was “I liked it so much the first trimester that I requested it for tri 2”, Irene’s response was “It’s pretty snazz”, Lina’s response was “It’s really good there's just a lot of strange people in here” The next question we asked was “What are you working on right now”. Nate's response was “I’m working on my Minecraft pig”, Irene's response was “I’m working on a turtle”, and Lina’s response was “I’m working on a rainbow bat with a space costume”. These kids are all very hard-working kids and we hope they continue being creative and kind:)!
