It is within these strategic priorities that the work being considered in this evaluation has taken place, as well as highlighting the rationale for commissioning an independent evaluation of the work.
Projects to be evaluated This evaluation considers the impact of funding received by the Big Lottery Fund for ‘Project Crossovers’, a £282,825 programme running from December 2012 to November 2016. This evaluation also considers the impact of funding from the Lloyds Bank Foundation for ‘The Keep Singing Keepsake Project’, a £146,400 programme running from April 2013 to March 2016. The evaluation framework was designed to encompass the developmental objectives across all populations involved in the activities funded from both sources. This includes participants with acquired brain injuries, older participants and

those with dementia, participants experiencing challenging transitions (e.g. refugees), and participants with complex needs and disabilities. The age range of those involved in these activities is broad (ranging from 8 to over 80), but the majority of activities have focused on adult populations.
