There will also be a rummage sale in connection with the plant sale. All weeli, columnists and com• mentators have been calling Tacoma "the only city in the U. S. where.you can look at a clock and still not know what time it is." There arc probably 200,000 clocks in Pierce county. And jud!(ing by the confusion of the past f~w days, it would seem that .every one of them is running on a different brand of tin1e. What makes the time problem more aggravating is the lack of a daily paper to help unscramble radio and TV schedules, school, store and factory hours. One frustrated citizen thew up his arms and moaned, "1 shoulda stood in bed!"
