Warming Autumnal colours – feelings of cosiness, Scandinavian hyggelig. Greens deepen, become spare; oranges and browns and yellows mark the landscape as the seasons shift and the warmth fades away.

As people start to move indoors, crackling fires, hearty stews and bed socks become popular once more.

The season’s design choices are punctuated by those deeper colours; the deeper the better. Calming tones of greys and browns and charcoal accented with pops of orange and yellow, dark green and red.
