Adattatori manometri Manometer adaptors
1. Insert the cartridge (4) in the proper seat inside the body (3); 2. Insert the o-ring (7) on the cap (8); 3. Put down the cap(8) with care on the body (3); 4. Tighten the cap screwing the nut (9) by a strap wrench or using the stainless steel clamp (9.1); 5. Use two manometers (1) optional - to be connected to the adaptors (2) to control the inlet and outlet pressure.

1. Insérez la cartouche (4) dans le siéges corrispondants à l'intérieur du corps du filtre (3); 2. Insérez la garniture (7) sur le bouchon (8) ; 3. Appuyez le bouchon (8) sur le corps ; 4. Serrez le bouchon et le corps au moyeu de la bague (9) en utilisant une clef à feuillard ou autrement au moyen de la bande métallique (9.1). 5. Pour contrôler la presion en entrée et en sortie, utilisez deux manometres optionnels, qui doivent être joints aux adaptateurs.

1. Inserire la cartuccia (4) nelle apposite sedi all’interno del corpo filtro (3); 2. Inserire la guarnizione (7) sul tappo (8); 3. Adagiare il tappo (8) sul corpo (3); 4. Stringere il tappo e il corpo mediante la ghiera (9) con l’ausilio di una chiave a nastro o mediante la fascia metallica (9.1); 5. Per il controllo della pressione in entrata e in uscita utilizzare due manometri (1) opzionali, da inserire negli appositi adattatori forniti a corredo (2).

1. Encajar el cartucho(4) en los asientos apropiados dentro del cuerpo del filtro (3); 2. Encajar la junta tórica (7)en el tapón (8); 3. Poner el tapón(8) sobre el cuerpo (3); 4. Apretar el tapón y el cuerpo por medio de la tuerca(9) utilisando una llave universal o por medio de la abrasadera metálica (9.1); 5. Para controlar la presión en entrada y salida, utilizar dos manometros (1 optional) de ponerse por medio de los adaptadores suministrados (2).

1. Take out the cartridge (4); 2. Unscrew the pressing nut (6) and take out the extension(5); 3. Wash the disks with running water and assemble them again. 1. Extrayez la cartouche (4) 2. Dévissez la bague presse-disques (6) et extrayez la prolonge (5); 3. Lavez les disques avec de l'eau courante et reassenblez -les.

I filtri a dischi Plastica ALFA sono anche dotati di un sistema che trasferisce all'acqua un movimento elicoidale, il nuovo Sistema VORTIX, che convoglia le impurità sulle pareti del filtro permettendo così di ridurre notevolmente il numero di lavaggi e quindi il consumo di acqua e di energia. Il Dosatron viene installato sulla rete idrica e usa la pressione dell’acqua come unica forza motrice. Così azionato, aspira il prodotto concentrato, lo dosa secondo la percentuale desiderata e poi lo mescola con l’acqua motrice. La soluzione ottenuta è quindi inviata a valle. La dose di prodotto iniettato è sempre proporzionale al volume d’acqua che attraversa il Dosatron, qualunque siano le variazioni di portata o di pressione della rete.
Installed directly in the water supply line, the dosatron operates by using the flow of water as the power source. The water activates the Dosatron, which takes up the required percentage of concentrate directly from the container and injects it into the water. Inside the Dosatron, the concentrate is mixed with the water, and the water pressure forces the solution downstream. The dose of concentrate will be directly proportional to the volume of water entering the Dosatron, regardless of variations in flow or pressure, which may occur in the main line.

CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA - GENERAL TERMS OF SALE Le presenti condizioni generali sono applicate a tutte le ordinazioni pervenuteci dopo l'emissione del presente listino; sono soggette a cambiamento senza alcun preavviso e si intendono accettate integralmente con il conferimento dell'ordine. 1) Prezzi: Saranno applicati quelli in vigore alla data di consegna. 2)Termini di consegna: Pronta, salvo il venduto. E' facoltà del venditore evadere l'ordine in più riprese senza che ciò dia diritto all'annullamento dell'ordine o di parte di esso. La merce è venduta franco i nostri magazzini di Caltagirone. 3) Spedizione: Nei casi in cui il mezzo di spedizione non sia esplicitamente indicato dal cliente, la spedizione verrà effettuata nel modo da noi ritenuto più idoneo. La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del Committente, anche se spedita in porto franco. L'assicurazione viene coperta solo su richiesta ed a carico del compratore. 4) Reclami: Eventuali reclami devono essere fatti entro trenta giorni dalla data di fatturazione a mezzo lettera raccomandata e nei termini prescritti dal Codice Civile. Non vengono accettati materiali di ritorno se non preventivamente autorizzati da ns. funzionari competenti. 5) Imballo: Normale, gratis. Imballi particolari, se richiesti verranno addebitati al costo. 6) Garanzia: Il nostro materiale si intende garantito per i guasti dovuti a difetto di costruzione, di materiale o di lavorazione a noi imputabili. La garanzia decade qualora: - Sia trascorso un anno dalla consegna del materiale. - Il materiale sia impiegato al di fuori delle condizioni di esercizio da noi indicate. - Il materiale sia stato comunque modificato o manipolato. La nostra garanzia si limita alla sostituzione dei prodotti difettosi o alla loro riparazione nella nostra Sede con la completa esclusione di qualsiasi altra responsabilità ed in particolare con l'esclusione di indennizzi o riconoscimento di danni comunque causati dall'uso dei prodotti. 7) Pagamento: Forme di pagamento da concordare: RI.BA, rimessa diretta, Bonifico, L/C irrevocabile e confermata, garanzia bancaria, contro documenti. I pagamenti effettuati a mezzo rimessa diretta devono essere fatti alla ns. Sede di Caltagirone. In caso di ritardato pagamento, la società si avvale dell’inapplicabilità degli interessi di mora in deroga al DL. 231/2002 salvo eventuali future nostre comunicazioni; inoltre tutte le spese relative al recupero delle somme fatturate oggetto di un ritardato pagamento, saranno addebitate al cliente stesso. Per ogni controversia il Foro competente è quello di Caltagirone. 8) Riserva di proprietà: I prodotti forniti resteranno di nostra proprietà fino al totale pagamento di essi. 9) Prodotti a Marchio: L'acquirente, per quanto riguarda i prodotti a Marchio, è tenuto a consentire l'accesso dei funzionari dell'IIP S.r.l. per esami e verifiche di conformità dei prodotti alle norme. On applique les présentes conditions générales de vente à toutes les commandes qui nous parviendront après la publication de ce catalogue. Ces conditions sont sujettes à changement sans aucun préavis et, la commande transmise, elles sont considérées comme irrefutables. 1) Prix: On appliquera les prix en vigueur à la date de la livraison. 2) Termes de livraison: Marchandise prte sauf vente. Si des emballages spéciaux sont requis, ls seront débités à l'acheteur à prix de côut. 6) Garantie: Notre matériel est garanti pour les dommages dus à des dèfauts de construction de matériel ou de fabrication qui sont mputables. - La garantie est annulée au cas où: - Le délai d'un an est écoulé - Le matérial a été employé selon des modes d'emploi differents de ceux qui sont indiquéz - Le matériel a été modifié ou manipulé Notre garantie se limite à la substitution des produits défecteux ou à leur réparation à notre fabrique en excluant totalement toute indemnisation ou dédommagement ou reconnaissance des dommages causés par l'emploi inadéquat de nos produits. 7) Paiement: A concorder: traite bancaire, remise, virement bancaire, lettre de crédit, garantee bancaire, contre documents. Le paiement à travers remise directe doit être effectué auprés de notre siège Caltagirone. En cas de paiement retardé on appliquera les intérêts moratiores selon les tas bancaires en cours au moment de la défaillance. Tous les frais relatif au récupére de les sommes facturés objet de paiement reatardé, ils seronts débités au client enême. En ce qui concerne les commandes pour l'étranger le paiement doit étre effectué à travers l'ouverture d'un crèdit irrevocable. Toute controverse relève du tribunal de Caltagirone. 8) Reserve de propriété: Les produits fournis restent en notre popriété jusqu'à leur paiement total. 9) Produits à la marque: L'acheteur, en ce qui concerne les produits à la marque, il est tenu à consentir l'accès des dirigeants de l'IIP S.r.l pour examens et vérifications de conformité des produits aux règles. The general terms of sale herewith included apply to all orders received after the issue of this price list; they are subject to variations without any notice and they will be regarded as accepted in full once the order is placed. 1) Prices: Current prices at delivery date will be applied. 2) Delivery conditions: Early delivery is subject to prior sales; the seller can dispatch the order in successive stages, but this doesn't give the buyer the right to cancel entirely or even partially the order. Goods are sold ex works Caltagirone. 3) Forwarding: when the means of transport is not explicitly indicated by the customer, delivery will be carried out in the most suitable way. Goods will be transported at the customer's own risk, even when they are sent duty free. Insurance is provided only if requested and is charged to the buyer. 4) Complaints: Eventual complaints should be made within 30 days from the date of delivery, sent by a full postage letter in conformity with the civil law. Our guarantee is limited to the replacement of the faulty products or to their repairing in our head office, and strictly excludes any liability, indemnity or the acknowledgement of damages caused by our products. 7) Payment terms: To be agreed upon: bank draft, bank transfer, irrevocabable & confirmed L/C, cash against documents. Effectual payments done directly must be undertaken at our own seat in Caltagirone. In case of late payments we will apply penalties according to the current bank taxes starting from the unaccomplished date. In case of delayed payment, all the expenses related to the collection of sums due will be at customer’s charge. For overseas supplies, payments should be effected by opening an irrevocable documentary credit. For any controversy it is convenient to report to the law Courts of Caltagirone. 8) Reserved ownership: Products delivered will remain in our own property until the total payment is settled. 9) Product marked: As regards the products marked IIP, the buyer is bound to allow the IIP officials to inspect and check the conformity of products to the standards. These general conditions cancel all previous ones and are subject to changes without any previous notice. Embalajes especiales, si solicitados, serán cargados al coste. 6) Garantia: Nuestro material se entiende garantizado por daños debidos a defectos de construcción del material o de elaboración que nos sean imputables. La garantia cesará en los casos siguientes: - Trascurrido un año a partir de la entrega del material. - Cuando el material haya sido utilizado fuera de las condiciones operativas indicadas por nosotros. - Cuando el material haya sido modificado o manipulado en cualquier manera. Nuestra garantia se limita a la sustitución o reparación de los productos defectuosos en nuestra Casa Central con la completa exclusión de cualquier responsabilidad y en particular con la exclusión de indemnizaciones o reconocimiento de daños de cualquier tipo causados por el uso de nuestros productos. 7) Pago: A concordarse: letra de cambio, recibo bancario, contra documentos, transferencia. Los pagos por envio directo deben ser efectuados a nuestra Casa de Caltagirone.
