The Chesapeake Hall renova on project involved the replacement of the HVAC system of an exis ng dormitory and the related architectural elements
▪
Major project features included 184 ver cal fan coil units, piping and all of the associated electrical and finishes work to accommodate the new units
▪
The project also involved replacing all of the windows and exterior cast stone with a curtain wall system
▪
All work was completed during the summer break with a six day week, ten hour day work schedule
▪
Plano‐Coudon provided preconstruc on services including budge ng, scheduling and evalua ng the constructability of the project design
