With a brand new fully customisable spec for 2013, the RT57 Race helps you go FAST. Choose from SRAM Force or SRAM Red with other options too. It’s all here. Constructed from Mitsubishi high-modulus carbon fibre, the RT-57 features a tapered steerer tube and wide, large-bearing BB30 bottom bracket. The tapered steerer stiffens up the whole front end of the bike, improving handling at speed and through corners. It also makes for a larger down tube and the BB30 bottom bracket helps at the other end too, improving the torsional rigidity of the frame and increasing its stiffness against pedalling.
FRAME ONLY OPTION
The base groupset on this model is SRAM’s Force, matched to FSA’s quality Gossamer crankset. This gives superb performance, but for increased drivetrain efficiency, better shifting and lighter weight, there’s the FSA SL-K Light crankset as an upgrade option. Upgrade the brakes from the standard high performance dual pivot SRAM models, to either Force or SRAM Red spec - the choice of champions. We offer you the option to upgrade other aspects of the drivetrain too. SRAM Red is available to spec out your mechs and shifters, even the cassette and chain choice is customisable. With the quality FSA RD-60 wheels as standard, we’ve also got higher performance clincher offerings to allow you to go faster with less effort.
