• Only operates in kWh, so can’t be used in laundry rooms or shower rooms (we have a PT-POS cashless timer for this)

• Phone payments can only be made Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Ongoing management fee of £56 + VAT per meter per year, or £5.50 per month + VAT and a transaction charge of 1.4% + 20p (although this is recovered via a pre-configured service charge of 23p per day).
