The HRA is an employee benefit that is provided by PRUMC at no cost to the employees covered under the Kaiser medical plans.

The HRA will reimburse participants for expenses which are covered by the United Healthcare medical plans but are not normally paid until participants meet certain thresholds. The HRA is administered by Admin America and includes these benefits:

PRUMC will reimburse participating employees the last $4,000 of the $5,000 medical deductible for either plan. The first $1,000 of the deductible is the employee’s responsibility.

The maximum reimbursement is two per family, if you are covering dependents. Please provide your Kaiser Permanente Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and the Admin America reimbursement form to Admin America.
