Buddy-Pack Personal Training ($)
Learn about the benefits of working out with a friend with semi–private Buddy-Pack Personal Training! Work with a certified trainer to help you and your workout partner meet your health and fitness goals together. Specialized Group Training ($)

Women on Weights ($)
Learn basic fundamentals of strength training and its benefits. Pre- and post-body fat composition, weight measurement and nutrition tips included.
