ADULTS • FAMILY ACTIVITIES Get Up & Go Programs and Errand Service Get Up & Go is an activity and errand transportation program for older adults who no longer drive. Programs are free for Get Up & Go participants and PJCC Members and $4 for Non-Members. Programs without transportation are open to all older adults and a low-cost lunch is served at 12:00 pm. Register for Get Up & Go programs through the Adult department at 650.378.2750.
Expanded Errand Service
Every Monday, Tuesday and Friday, Get Up & Go provides transportation within San Mateo County for non-driving older adults to go to medical and personal appointments, shopping and other destinations. Shared ride service is available for $5 round trip. Volunteer escorts are available. Reservations are required no later than the Thursday prior to the date of service.
